The SF-1 differential pressure method moisture tester is mainly used for the determination of trace moisture in polyester chips and nylon 6 particles in the chemical fiber and plastic industries before melt spinning and after drying treatment. The main features of SF-1 differential pressure moisture analyzer are: trace moisture such as polyester chips and nylon 6 particles after drying, which directly affects the spinning quality. At present, the main methods used for measuring trace moisture include differential pressure method, electrolysis method, Karl Fischer method, etc. Differential pressure method is fast, accurate, convenient, low-cost, and has a moderate instrument price, making it particularly suitable for factories and enterprises.

[Instrument Composition Structure]
It mainly consists of a differential pressure glass instrument, heater, automatic centering lifting device, temperature controller, vacuum gauge, vacuum pump, etc., and is equipped with sodium molybdate reagent and vacuum grease.
