YG041 Raw Cotton Impurity Analysis Machine
[Scope of Application]
The YG041 type cotton impurity analyzer is used to determine the impurity content and chemical fiber defect content of raw cotton, cotton rolls, and raw strips.
This machine utilizes the difference in specific gravity between fibers and impurities. After the fibers are combed, they are separated from impurities under the action of airflow and centrifugal force. This machine is suitable for GB/T6499-1992 "Test Method for Impurities in Raw Cotton".
Main Structure
This machine is mainly composed of wall panels, cotton feeding devices, piercing rollers, fans, and transmission devices. Each component has two upright wall panels connected as a whole. The entire body, transmission components, electric motors, and electrical devices are all enclosed within the casing.
The cotton roller is driven separately by a specially designed slow motor, and the cotton feeding speed is controlled as needed through a universal switch.
There is a lighting device above the impurity box inside the machine, equipped with a low-voltage (24V) 20W electric lamp. The red button on the electrical button board is the parking button, and the green button is the start button.
